Mostly Good Metrics provides analytics and event tracking services for applications. We collect, process, and display event data that you send to our platform through our API and SDKs.

3. Data Accuracy

As our name suggests, our analytics are mostly good. While we strive for accuracy in all data collection, processing, and reporting, we cannot guarantee 100% precision. Factors that may affect data accuracy include:

  • Network conditions and latency
  • Client-side ad blockers or privacy extensions
  • Device and browser limitations
  • Data aggregation and sampling methods
  • Third-party service availability

You acknowledge that analytics data should be used as directional guidance rather than absolute truth. We're mostly right, mostly accurate, and mostly dependable—and we think that's mostly great.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send malicious or harmful data to our platform

To provide our Service, we rely on trusted third-party providers. By using Mostly Good Metrics, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services:

  • Neon — Database hosting and storage for your analytics data
  • Resend — Email delivery for account notifications and alerts
  • Sentry — Error monitoring to help us identify and fix issues
  • RevenueCat — Subscription and payment processing
  • Fly.io — Application hosting and infrastructure
  • MaxMind — IP geolocation for location-based analytics
  • GitHub / Google — OAuth authentication for social login

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policies. We select providers with strong security and privacy practices, but we are not responsible for their actions. Your continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of these third-party integrations.

8. Pricing and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Beta pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Data Retention

Event data is retained according to your plan's retention period. After this period, data may be automatically deleted. We are not responsible for data loss due to retention policies or account termination.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mostly Good Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
